CD-800A Dicer

Ideal for dicing a variety of products, especially softer more fragile products.  The variable speed function allows the processor to select between tomatoes and harder root vegetables by changing the blade speed.  A wide range of cut sizes are available from 3mm (1/8 in.) to 20mm (3/4 in.).  Julienne cuts are possible by removing the last set of transverse knives and adding a julienne deflector.  Easy changeover and throughput of up to 1750 lbs/hr make this a very valuable addition to any processing area.

GW 805NC Belt Cutter

Versatility, ease of use, and quality of cut make this belt cutter a necessity in any major vegetable processing room.  Cut types range from salad cuts on lettuce and greens, to julienne cuts on root vegetables, to diced green onions and parsley, to shred cut on cabbage.  Blade changeovers take minutes and cut sizes are easily adjusted on the control panel.  Both the blade speed and belt speed are controlled by variable speed drives.  Finished cuts can be achieved from 1/16 inch to 1 ¼ inch.  Its 4.75 inch infeed belt makes possible processing rates of up to 800 to 1000 lbs/hr. 

GW 802 Green Onion Cutter

This is a table top dynamo that can cut green onions and parsley at rates up to 135 lbs/hr.  The variable belt speed allows easy control of cut size.  The infeed belt conveys product to the hardened cutting edge, where the product is cleanly sliced by the rotating wing knife.  Access to the blade area is protected, while the cutter is operating, by the switch mounted to the front door of the cutter.  The machine shuts down as soon as the door is opened.   Diced green onions and parsley that used to take hours to prepare, now is accomplished in minutes!
